The Challenge
EL Companies UK wanted to build a new capability which allowed users to add engraving to their products in the shopping bag. Starting with the flows and then the wireframes we were able to determine an efficient way the user could do this and even enhanced the tool with real-time preview so the user could actually preview how the engraving would look on the product as they typed their personalisation. The first brand to use this tool was La Mer for which you can see some of the UI.
